As part of wide-ranging interventions to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus, President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced a national shutdown from midnight, 26 March 2020 until end April 2020 therefore no travel is permitted. In line with these measures, Computicket Travel’s call center and other carriers have temporarily suspended operations.

We would like to assure you that the Computicket Travel team is utilising all efforts remotely to respond to the changing travel environment in response to COVID-19.

This being said, we encourage passengers to postpone your travel arrangements, rather than cancelling them altogether. This will save you money and help save tourism!

Domestic flights can be changed and refunds will be approved as per normal refund rules - to do this, please contact the carrier directly.

o change your domestic flights, please visit the relevant airline’s website to view their latest changes and cancellation policies around Coronavirus. Changes can be done on the airline's website directly under the "Manage Booking" section. Should an airline allow a waiver to their change fees or cancellation fees, you would need to call them directly for them to process the change on your behalf, including the waiver of the fees. 

Please note that all carriers are experiencing high call volumes and as a result turnaround times might be affected.
