As part of wide-ranging interventions to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus, President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced a national shutdown from midnight, 26 March 2020 for 21 days therefore no events will be taking place. In line with these measures, the Computicket call center has temporarily suspended operations.

Computicket would like to assure you that the funds used for ticket purchases are safely held and secure.

The following procedures must be followed regarding cancelled or postponed events during this time:

POSTPONED EVENTS:

  • You may hold on to your tickets until a new performance date is announced. You will then be able to exchange your tickets to the new performance date.
  •  Should you wish, you will be able to obtain a full refund on postponed events.

CANCELLED EVENTS:

  • If you have already collected your tickets or purchased tickets via Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper, Computicket outlets and House&Home please email info@computicket.com for assistance with refunds.
  • For tickets purchased via credit card or web that have not been collected, refunds will be automatically processed to your credit card within 3-7 working days after confirmation that an event has been cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: if you have bought your ticket online and you cannot go on the new date provided for postponed shows or the show has been cancelled, simply log into your profile and go to the transactions section on the website where you will be able to do a ticket refund yourself.
