This application only applies to the registration for the Match In Africa 6 - Roger Federer vs. Rafael Nadal ballot.
The ballot registration for The Match In Africa 6 - Roger Federer vs. Rafael Nadal will take place on Friday, 13 December 2019. Registrations open at 09h00 and close at 00h00
A successful registration does not guarantee a ticket. It only entitles you to a chance to purchase a ticket, as specified below.
Each application will be restricted to 2 tickets per basket and only 1 entry per customer. Double entries will be excluded.
The ballot registration process will require customers to submit their banking details, however, no transaction will take place until the successful ticket buyers are announced.
Only Visa and Mastercard will be accepted. Unfortunately no debit cards can be used to qualify for the ballot registration.
Only general admission tickets, priced at R650.00 per ticket are available.
Regrettably customers with a mobility related disability or customers who require special assistance may not participate in this ballot as the new stands are not accessible to wheelchair bound individuals. Wheelchair accessible seating was sold out during the previous ticket sale offer.
Successful ticket buyers will be drawn at random and will be chosen by an automated system on Wednesday 18 December 2019.
Customers who are successful in obtaining a Match In Africa 6 - Roger Federer vs. Rafael Nadal ticket will automatically be charged via the card details supplied and captured at registration.
Customers must ensure that they have enough funds for all the tickets available on their nominated card. There will be no follow up on any rejected credit cards once the ballot has been run. Should your credit card fail to process, your tickets will be reallocated to the next eligible customer. It is strongly advised that you check your credit card limit and fund availability with your bank or financial institution prior to registration.
If you have been successful in obtaining a ticket, you will be notified via email or through the transaction of the tickets on your nominated card.
If you have not been successful, your details will be discarded. You may however purchase tickets for the Viewing Zone.
To register for the ballot with us, you must be over the age of 18 and able to conclude binding contracts to submit a booking to us or, if you under the age of 18, you must have obtained the consent of your parents or legal guardian to submit a booking or registration to us. If you do not comply with the aforesaid you may not submit any booking or registration for tickets via our computer systems. We may require you to provide us with suitable documents proving your age and/or the consent of your parents or legal guardian prior to accepting any booking or registration from you.
You may submit a ballot request for tickets to us by completing our automated booking process and submitting your payment information to us in the prescribed manner. Our ballot booking process will provide you with an opportunity to review the entire transaction, to correct any mistakes and to withdraw from the transaction before finally submitting your ballot booking request. Please make sure that the details are correct before submitting the request, since it is unlikely that any mistake you make can be rectified later.
Once submitted, your ballot booking request will constitute an offer on the terms and conditions contained in these terms of use and the Ticket Terms that is open for acceptance by us to conclude a binding agreement with you. It is your responsibility to review such Ticket Terms before making a booking.
A legally binding contract will be formed between us upon the earlier of (i) our sending of such a confirmation notice confirming our acceptance of your successful ballot booking, or (ii) our delivery of the tickets ordered in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right not to accept or process your ballot registration and/or booking request and we will notify you if this is the case. In particular, we may refuse to sell you tickets to events for which you do not meet the specified qualification criteria, including if you do not comply with the minimum age for the particular event stipulated by law.
Please note that while we will try to send you a confirmation notice for every valid registration and/or booking request we receive from you, we cannot guarantee that such confirmation notice will be received by you, nor that, if they are received by you, that they will be legible and uncorrupted. Your failure to receive such confirmation notice will not affect the validity of the agreement concluded between us in respect of a booking.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR IF YOU ASSUME THAT A BALLOT REGISTRATION OR BOOKING WAS NOT PROCESSED BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO RECEIVE OUR CONFIRMATION NOTICE.
The information you have submitted with your ballot registration or booking request will be processed as you have provided it. If you realise that an error has been made or that you need to make a change to such information, you should contact us immediately.
These terms of use shall override any contrary terms or conditions incorporated by you in your order and any such conflicting terms or conditions will not form part of any agreement concluded between us in respect of the ballot registration or booking of tickets.
We will retain records of ticket purchases made by you and you will be able to access outstanding booking requests with us at https://www.computicket.com/master/reports_web.TransactionHistory. Such records may be archived at any time as from six months after your purchase and will then become inaccessible to you. For information on archived records you can call our Customer Care Centre.
